Check with your hardware's website to see if Win10 driver is available, if your item is very old then it might not have been updated.

It's a laptop? Normally win 10 comes with universal drivers for common items. and don't think you will have problem with audio/graphics driver since they are frequently updated

Can try the free update, if something is not working right, you can roll-back to win7 within 30days (if you don't delete the windows.old folder). Just make sure your run Windows Update and install all updates right after you updated to win10.

If I remember correctly, after you click accept, it will take a while to download, then once done downloading, it will ask you to restart complete the upgrade setup.
