Guys, and update.

Just check my blood , my total bilirubin was 50 (the average was <17)

So i went for a doctor consultation , and i did a ultrasound to see there is any blockage in my gallbladder or liver.

But everything is healthy, no blockage or whatsoever

The doctor said my red blood is breaking too fast, indirectly high metabolism rate.
There is no cure. Just live a healthy life style.

my liver is healthy , is it necessary to take it?

The doctor said try to avoid too much supplement , cause i used to take a lot of supplement .
