bilirubin slightly raised..........
both direct and indirect slightly raised. pointing towards hepatocellular causes
it would be helpful if you have the AST and ALT result.........
perhaps there's a need to check for biohazards like hepatitis b and c
if AST and ALT deranged while biohazards result negative.......just need to figure out other cause like drug or alcohol related.......and repeat another liver function test few months later.......
if biohazards positive.......need to be on medical followup..........may require treatment and yearly liver ultrasound
Thanks. I do not drink any alcohol, even beer was like 1 or 2 can during CNY. Below is my result. And based on my last 3 years result, Total Bilirubin is 24.

Albumin 46 g/L ( 34 - 50 )
Globulin 33 g/L ( 20 - 39 )
Albumin-Globulin Ratio 1.39
Alkaline Phosphatase 56 U/L ( 38 - 124 )
Aspartate Transaminase 25 U/L (<34)
Alanine Transaminase 26 U/L ( 10 - 49 )
Gamma-Glutamyl Transferase 22 U/L ( 12 - 73 )
Total Bilirubin 25.1 * umol/L (<22.0)
Direct Bilirubin 9.0 * umol/L ( 0.0 - 5.0 )
Indirect Bilirubin 16.1 * umol/L ( 0.0 - 7.0 )
