was a celcom customer before. quite few years then changed to umobile just last month. now thinking of changing to P38 plan from U28. Unfortunately cant change. Need to wait for 4 month.

So someone suggest me to port in to celcom and port out to P38. wondering how much it costs for registration or initial payment?
