Guys, never ever port your number to celcom. I recently ported out from celcom, 2 days after I've ported out realized that they have blacklisted my name due to 1 month current outstanding bill which the bill I have yet to even receive yet. Called them up to clarify and being told that this is their standard procedure. Is there really such procedure they can blacklist me with only 1 month current outstanding??

Second time I called in they mentioned I will not get any bills as I am no longer under their service. No bills, NOTHING and they blacklist me. Futhermore, I am asked to walk in their centre to get the release letter. Causing so much trouble after ended their service, got no regret porting out. I will only make payment if only they release me from blacklist, will not tolerate such unethical practice.

Hi all, would like to ask for your opinion.
On 12th I've ported out from Celcom and 2 days later I realized that they blacklist me due to one month current outstanding which should be due on 6th June if according to previous bill. Because I've opted for auto billing they auto billed me on 15th May without any notification to me or whatsoever. From past exp, I should be receiving sms to notify successful payment. Just wan to know since I already terminated the service on 12th, do they have any rights continue auto bill me??

Was a maxis user before ported to celcom. The entire period of my experience with celcom service is horrid!
Out of 50 days within the period of using celcom, more than 10 days I am without coverage in semenyih area.
No coverage as in totally can't receive calls!! This is so inconvenient esp during working hrs as I only have 1 line.
Not to mention their hotline CS, is extremely unhelpful.. each time you are in need for help, they will ask you to walk in bluecube for further assistance.
What is their CS for in the 1st place?? Love chatting??

Just a week ago, I have ported out my number from celcom and they have already blacklisted me for current outstanding bill of rm 90 which will be due in coming month!!

The coverage was ok but not until heavy rain comes. For 5 days consecutively I will be out of coverage. They offered to rebate mere RM 16 as compensation, straightaway drop their call.

Ported back to maxis since they agreed to waive off termination charges and continue back with remaining contract.

just wondering with celcom wonderoam roam data. if we suddenly hook to their roaming partner (by accident) for few seconds and only few kb do we need to pay the RM 38 per day charge? if that the case was really terrible

Pretty sure it does, still have my dispute case pending since early May.
