For xpax turbo internet plan, once the internet quota finish, will it continue consume facebook and youtube quota or it just stop and give basic internet speed? I am confusing, they introduce the new plan faster than anyone but yet the plan not good enough to compete with others...

And anyone know how to complain their line coverage? My house got only 2G while 3G nearly unusable, and ironically is umobile got 3G here. I complain two time to their customer service but they will automatic close the report without anyone feedback to me.

i stay at small town...alrdy check celcom coverage at their website, it did show 3G available on my place but my house only have 2G usable. When they introduce magic sim, burung hantu is unlimited too that time, after that they keep introduce/change new thing and unlimited thing become limited...now change back to unlimited?

the funny part is when i go celcom centre and open one report for line coverage problem, i ask the cs staff there why umobile got 3G at my place while celcom don't have, she answer me that this situation is usual and normal, at her place also same thing And ofcoz the report is automatic close without any feedback

i did make the report at their customer care line and celcom centre (the place with customer service counter and queue ticket machine). You can browse xpax website to check what is the description for "TURBO"

Somehow i feel really weird that magic sim internet plan description all missing already on xpax website although in fact still available for old sim plan...kinda fast they "update" .

actually still the same sh*t compare to old data plan, old sim card cannot use it except turbo sim card. Old internet plan 1gb for 1 week is rm18, this new turbo internet plan is 1 week rm10 for 1.5gb, but bear in mind that data quota 1.5gb is split to 600mb for internet browsing, 600mb for facebook, 300mb for youtube. For those who use internet browsing a lot, it is not worth at all compare to other telco plan...and facebook 600mb, unless you browse a lot of photo, video on facebook, it will never finish the 600mb quota. while for youtube, some people don't use it at all For burung hantu, it just useless for normal office hour working people, so either it is free or not just ignore it, the period is too short.

And no need to compare call and sms rate, i don't know why they keep raise the rate while nobody use the sms anymore

seem like they offer the new internet plan a bit better than umobile now...rather waste the internet quota on the so called video onz which i seldom use. Lucky i still keep my X2 plan although i no use the validity extend since few years ago, just wonder validity extend still work or not.

i mean the xpax X2 plan. Did umobile got any x2 validity plan for the power prepaid now?
