my phone do not have data plan, but after today i setting play store account paying method with celcom billing, suddenly i saw my phone network icon got LTE and checked found consumed few KB data, am i already kena charge for auto/accidentally enrolled data plan? do i need go to service center to cancel data plan for next month if this month already kena...
so is that mean play store payment method use celcom billing only can be done with LTE data plan?
