Hi all,

I have been using celcom prepaid since ancient time, so I'm not sure it is referring to xpax now? I just want to seek some advise as different customer services gave different answer to my question.

How can I enable internet using my phone? Is it charge per use or any daily, 3 days internet package that I can subscribe to?

Have you subscribe any xpax prepaid internet plan?

Hi Anime, no I didn't. I have been using the number more than 10 years but didn't subscribe/configure to anything. Can you point me to where to subscribe and what's the pricing looks like? Thanks.

My prepaid more ancient than you..

I use 2gb monthly plan. Send NET38 to 28882 to subscribe.
I also subscribe to SOCIAL as buffer if my monthly can't be autorenew (not enough balance  whistling.gif). Else if without it, the internet is very costly.

Other that you may subscribe:

NET8 - RM8 daily 1gb
NET18 - RM18 Weekly 1gb
NET38 - RM38 Monthly 2gb
NET48 - RM48 Monthly 3gb
NET68 - RM68 Monthly 5gb
SOCIAL - RM10 150Mb with no time limit
*
Hi Haturaya, Thanks for the details - just wondering is there a lower package? eg 250mb daily? I just want to use it to browse limited contents.

The net5 is for 3 day validity or 1 day? and this is auto-renewal?

From here - https://www.xpax.com.my/internet , it's 3 days but from here, its daily https://www.xpax.com.my/internet-1

So confusing bangwall.gif bangwall.gif

Hi again, I have checked I'm using Xlite plan and I couldn't find any information on the call rate etc.

Is it worth to upgrade to Turbo plan?

i think you could be easily lead their CS team smile.gif

First of all, thank you for the detailed explanation and I got to understand a bit about the x-lite. It's literally no details about x-lite on their website.

1. Since you are on Xlite plan, then https://www.xpax.com.my/internet-1 is applicable to you except for Free Minutes and Free Burung Hantu.
Noted.

QUOTE
2. The newer internet plans on xpax website is intended only for xpax Turbo.
Noted.

QUOTE
3. Bear in mind that old xpax plans pay-per-use data is at 50sen/50KB
It could use all your RM100 credit even just a one minute video....

QUOTE
4. All internet plans are auto renewed. To stop auto renewal, send STOP to 28882 (this only stops auto renewal, internet plan is still valid).
Noted.

5. If you use seldom use data and/or use very little data at a time (ie. less than 10MB per session), an alternative would be to use data packs. For example:

- CHAT pack : RM5 gets you 50MB with no time limit.
- SOCIAL pack : RM10 gets you 150MB data with no time limit.
- The data remains valid as long as your account is valid (or until you finish using it).
- To subscribe, look in *118# or send CHAT / SOCIAL to 28882
I'm actually using very less. I just want to check the stock price. So those CHAT pack is not applicable to my usage.

QUOTE
6. The call rates are quite steep for Xlite but it is offset by 8pax and monthly bonus.
What is 8pax? Actually is it worth to upgrade to Turbo? the call rate will be cheaper?

QUOTE
7. Xlite is able to subscribe to 1 year / 2 years extended validity. Send EXP1 or EXP2 to 28882 to subscribe.
May the force be with you ...
