I want to keep the sims alive for as low as rm 1 every 90 days. Is this do-able?

To be clear, yes i am being very cheap, coz i can't justify the high cost of keeping the sims alive for this long (1 year). The number wont even be used for call/sms if ever.

I searched around for a few telco and their minimum top up and consumption is rm 5.
