Celcom always have this bullshit SMS stuff. You never subscribed to any of them, but they keep on coming non-stop. I was charged about Rm30 extra because of those crap. Complained to CS, but nothing was done. Ended up porting my number to other telcos.

Any of you guys using yonder music? I'm a heavy user of Spotify, which cost me RM 15 per month. I'm thinking, if yonder is comparable to Spotify, then I would be better off using Celcom First Gold. Since yonder is free for celcom user and it won't deduct our Internet quota.

I think the problem with celcom connection has to do with its apn. My default apn is celcom3g. I tried changing apn to celcom4g and all mvno apns under celcom like xox, altel, webe, tunetalk and redone.

From my testing, the Internet connection is faster and more instantaneous on mvno apns. Just try and see how it goes.

Celcom's today offer is so disappointing. Why make a condition to have at least two supplementary lines? So silly.

Try to change apn to celcom4g/xox/redone/tunetalk/altel/webe. That works wonders for me, my default apn is celcom3g. Cannot connect a the time.

Just Google how to change apn for your phone. And Google the apn for xox/redone/tunetalk/webe/altel. It's very easy, should take less than one minute. Configuration for apn differs according to phone. But generally it should be under setting>mobile networks

No data for about an hour or so. Now come back to normal already. KLCC area.

Just went to bluecube to upgrade my plane from first gold to platinum and add one gbshare line, but was told that I need to register a minimum of 2 gbshare lines. I immediately went out of blue cube. Why would I want to register extra lines if I'm not using it. Digi and maxis have no minimum subline condition.

How stupid is that? Instead of getting RM200 per month from me, celcom is only getting rm80. Not a wise business decision, celcom.
