QUOTE(Jyazen @ Apr 22 2017, 06:26 PM)
Any Celcom sifu around? Prepaid user here and I seem to be getting credit "makan" a few times. I perasan sikit sikit that sometimes balance different, but today I notice I lost RM1.50 since last week and didn't use phone at all for over a week now.

Checked their online self customer sevice thing... no calls, no sms, etc, as I expected, but finally found it, listed as "Service Charge"... and not the first time too. I already sent a dispute/report and also send an AMA on FB. Any other advise.

I mean, like... wtf, service charge? Prepaid also got service charge? And randomly too. Untuk apa?

I was on magic sim before and it happened to me too. The CS who served me at that time blamed me for subscribing to third party SMS service which incurred the charges. After claiming that I had never subscribed anything, he said that I opened up the message when I received it and that's why the charges were imposed. At the end I just accepted it and cut the sim into half after the chat.

I wonder whether it affects the MVNOs that tag along Celcom's network.

In this kind of service quality and uncompetitive offering, they still wish to set the dream to regain the market share?

Try harder, celcom.
