I try all the above mention way. Fastest way is to put on airplane mode on/off.

How to reset access point setting? I request new access point from celcom before when this problem occur.

hey guys I wanna ask somethings,
Like I recently sign up for First Blue Plan on 27/07/2016 (activation date),
then I have received my first billing on 8/8/2016,
but the unbilled amount is RM-201.30 , and the latest total amount due is RM42.30

So here is my question,
1. The August bill RM42.30 was paying for month August or for the month July(27/7-31/7)?
2. The unbilled amount RM-201.30 (Overdue/Outstanding Charges RM-159) is for what? I never exceeded my data limit as I constantly monitor it with the SMS check balance.

Can any sifus enlighten me? as I am first time using Postpaid plan, kinda worry about the billing system. Thank you.

one of my number is on auto-renewal, rm10 weekly plan with BH
rarely use it during the day also during BH time, since the past 2 months, let alone checking the max status

how i have ignored this sim, donate rm10 to celcom everyweek but didn't bother to use, they upgrade from 512mb to 1gb per week oso didn't realize, thank u celcom thumbup.gif

note: no choice but to use that one just now, n check the max status coz my ehem ehem number, the credit balance all kena PPU'ed by celcom at midnite laugh.gif

Hmm, seems like it'll take longer to be stabilized. Meanwhile, digi LTE still way out of reach.
