The worrying part is I dunno how long this had gone on for me. If this was one of those premium SMS message scam I would've noticed sooner (messages popping up and taking money is kinda obvious...), but I did not get any message or anything. Just balance randomly kena makan.

Past few months I notice a little d, like balance seems lower than expected, but I thought maybe old d remember wrong. I finally took action when I know for sure this time. Top up last week, got new balance, didn't use phone (call or text) till now, check balance today, down 1.50. Number also too nice, I mean, if I call or stuff, it's like 12 sen blocks or something. Not some cun cun number.

Shocked, quickly checked online CS to see if I can find any info, and bam, under Service Charge.

but not suitable for existing xpax without extended validity ... like mine that was originally old xpax and then celcom forced upgrade me to xpax kelentong .....

going to port out to digi. hehe.
celcom sometime very not even reach 0.5kbps but morning like 3am only 20mbpx max and digi at my area can reach 70mbps down 30mbps up

Mine is Xpax24 plan.. Validity until mid next year.
Now hibernate with occasional call using dual Sim cheap phone.
Will port to other Telco if cannot buy 2 year validity anymore.

Just check that rm30 for 5gb monthly data seem fair although not sure about call/SMS rate.

Oh got rm20 for 2gb monthly..
Mỹ apps XPAX no show this option.

Waiting to see if next year mid.. Still can buy 2 years validity or not.

I've to agree if the Celcom 2 years validity is gone, I will also port over to other telcos.

I think Celcom will lose quite a few prepaid users if they stop EXP2. My Celcom-user friends are all on XPAX24 with EXP2.

when time comes...going to port over to OneXOX for 28 months validity which is FOC  or Digi Ambassador Zero commitment

why keep so many XPAX ?  Why not using 1xox ? Active Xpax plan with long validity bundle with PPU 

These are EXP2 loyal customers ... as long as there is EXP2 ....
The ppu can be kept in check with CHAT/SOCIAL packs or by keeping limited credits.
and also maybe they already have many 1xox sim too ?

that's why (since this few week every telco also congested...change to others telco also not use...
I think maybe will better soon)

might as well..tutup the EXP2 and force the customer to other Celcom plan or force them to migrate to others.

it not a big loss to Celcom anyway as mostly all kucing kurap user.

yesterday i topup my xpax RM30, i check balance only RM 28.50 masuk, so cannot subscribe data plan 5GB, need to topup another RM10. anybody kena con like this ?

but then now rm30 7.5gb leh.
