Line issues that is not related to current spectrum reallocation exercise then yes mcmc will take note and be counted ... but if line disruption issues due to the spectrum reallocation exercise then I don't think mcmc will count as violation as due notice have been given until july 2017.

If still on same plan with revised rates (even silently) then is fine. This is already stated in TnC that rates can be revised without notice. I've seen this happened before with all big4 (digi, maxis and umobile) so its normal.
