no.
koz celcom is doing maintenance and upgrades that's y it is slower now. the speed shall be back to normal starting next month.

check the temperature...
usually overheated if for hotspot. getting a fan to keep cooling the device and u will see the improvement. smile.gif

for example juru here b4 upgrade, the 4g is very stable and can get more than 40mbps.
after upgraded the 4g is like chipsmore. speed is around 3mbps. cry.gif
