their celcom gold 80 should just maintain until got new replacement plan.

I'd like to see them maintain the "promo price" at RM80 but revise it closer to DiGi's Postpaid 80 that gives 7GB + 3GB weekend. Even if Celcom does not follow 100%, can always do a 6GB + 4GB weekend.

i prefer they just gv 10gb, carry another 10gb. weekend data kind of useless for me. went out with family, means social + communication , cannot still look at the phone while with family. at home got brandband .

Whichever telco (from the big 3) that offers 10GB all-day data for RM80 better have their network well-prepared for another wave of port-in customers.

Do you think Celcom will extend their Gold 80 plan beyond 31st May?

I feel they might extend until 31 Dec

Not sure if there's any upgrading going on at my housing area, I used to get below 20mbps but today I'm able to achieve 40mbps.

Unlimited to 10GB is one thing, but speed and connection so sial this month. Before 10mbps, now even 1mbps is hard. Doing ping -t on google.com, data loss is 50%. Non-peek hours!. Sialkom change what more. 10GB is enough if I cant even use it. Last month before this quota thingy no problem at all.

Celcom PortaWifi RM66.80 for 21GB pun quite OK, the old plan.

Digi doing that last year with broadband 20GB all days for RM85
Tmgo unlimited* all-day for RM99. No one try download non stop yet.

Main customers are still smartphone users. Data-only plans have a smaller subscriber base.

for burung hantu, torrent is throttled from 1am-6am ?

Seems like they are. If they don't, other users will end up having poor network experience.
