seriously, for xpax or other prepaid, the free internet other than for whatsapp, is it really 'usable'? especially the free internet. i find that it cannot even surf any website at all. the whatsapp etc can understand.

Ported out of Celcom after being with them for more than a year (ported in for First basic 38). Numerous complaints against data instability in KLCC area, issue not rectified. No counter offers were made.
