QUOTE(Ultraman123 @ Apr 21 2017, 01:03 PM) Well, different user with different experience. The exp from both of us can't represent for the majority. +1But, whatever la as long as the line work for us can d. If all of us in the city watch CNN ... it doesn't mean the entire country watches CNN too ... There are some who have issues with either celcom, digi, maxis, umobile or etc .... so far haven't met anyone having issues with all telcos yet ... as for me, I don't have any issues with any telco ... Have seen few times these anti-telco types ..... anti-celcom, anti-digi, anti-maxis .... but in the end eventually they came back too ..... |

QUOTE(Ultraman123 @ Apr 21 2017, 05:51 PM) https://www.celcom.com.my/personal/promotio...Be-AaAqvW8P8HAQ This one ah.. rubbish plan from sialcom... New supp line plan from celcom? What you guys think about it? 2gb per supp line for 48... But can share the data... wonder can supp line share the 2gb to the complementary line? since my parents don't use data You need to subscribe this plan (FiRST GOLD PLUS or FiRST PLATINUM) before can apply share line. The GBShare plan need 2 line if you want to subscribe. The package comes with RM48/month(1 number only). You need to have 2 number to use this GBShare feature. So, you pay RM48+RM48=RM96. In other words, you need to add some RM96/month for 2 line add into your GBShare plan. Eg: You choose to subscribe FiRST GOLD PLUS for RM98/month. You add 2 line for GBShare plan. So, you pay RM98+RM48+RM48=RM194/month**. Add 6% GST will be RM205.64/month. I recommend to you to not subscribe this rubbish plan from Celcom. Because Maxis offers you 10GB(5GB weekday + 5GB weekend) for 1 line just RM48/month. You need to subscribe MaxisONE Plan128 30GB for just RM128/month. Maxis allow you to add on Share Line up to 2 number for only RM96/month. You also can choose to add 2 Share Line number for RM96/month. So, you pay MaxisONE Plan128 RM128+RM48+RM48=RM224/month. Add 6% GST will be RM237.44/month. You lost RM31.80 with Maxis. But you get another 6GB data... In simple words you subscribe Celcom gives you 40GB+2GB+2GB=44GB data. Maxis gives you 30GB+10GB+10GB=50GB. Look same but for Celcom you need to subscribe more than 2 line if you want to use GBShare add-on. For 1 number line to use for add-on. I think Maxis is still the best choice for now. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « This post has been edited by Anime in HD: Apr 21 2017, 07:13 PM |

Dear All,
I have a Zero data and just call plan (Pay as you use) which got charged data usage last month. my father accidentally activate the GPRS and got charged RM250. However, prior to that I have made a credit limit capped of RM30 to my father number. After making call to Celcom they mentioned the RM30 CL is only applicable for call and SMS, and GPRS is uncapped towards RM300 limit and written in the T&C??? To confirm with my esteem members. Therefore, I'm planning to write in to MCMC to report on the dispute overcharges, can any kind soul help me on the steps and PIC or email, as so I can make a report to MCMC. Your help is greatly appreciated. |

Any Celcom sifu around? Prepaid user here and I seem to be getting credit "makan" a few times. I perasan sikit sikit that sometimes balance different, but today I notice I lost RM1.50 since last week and didn't use phone at all for over a week now.
Checked their online self customer sevice thing... no calls, no sms, etc, as I expected, but finally found it, listed as "Service Charge"... and not the first time too. I already sent a dispute/report and also send an AMA on FB. Any other advise. ![]() I mean, like... wtf, service charge? Prepaid also got service charge? And randomly too. Untuk apa? I was on magic sim before and it happened to me too. The CS who served me at that time blamed me for subscribing to third party SMS service which incurred the charges. After claiming that I had never subscribed anything, he said that I opened up the message when I received it and that's why the charges were imposed. At the end I just accepted it and cut the sim into half after the chat.Checked their online self customer sevice thing... no calls, no sms, etc, as I expected, but finally found it, listed as "Service Charge"... and not the first time too. The only messages I've received the past few weeks are mostly Celcom ads, like saying I haven't top up for long time and to top up, etc. So can't say I subbed anything or opened any message.
I actually did do a quick check to see if I received any suspicious messages which would tolak d creds, since happened b4 to my cousin, but nope, no messages at all. |

I wonder whether it affects the MVNOs that tag along Celcom's network.

I do not think I deserve to have my money being randomly "makan" by Celcom and their random "Service Charge" so am gonna escalate it. It's just a few ringgit, but it is STILL a few ringgit. Stealing is stealing. |
