My one is same scenario.
Celcom keep bullshit for the spam SMS keep charging RM1/ daily..
Previously request Celcom to unsubscribe those spam SMS, but telling me unable to do so.. Need to key-in manually by SMS (with again RM0.50/charges from my balance credit)
After half months, again pop-out those spam SMS with charge my balance credit again...
More worst, I check from Celcom Online Customer Service with itemized statement unable to track for the spam SMS charges. But only can track normal outgoing call, sms and data that you purchase.
All are hidden for all spam SMS, unless you are using postpaid.
Right now some of the number switch to other telco, no more in Celcom (Blacklisted)
If you use Hotlink one, you should be able to track through Hotlink E-Statement for ALL outgoing call, sms as well as data.
Their online Statement much more improve already compare Celcom.
