cooling off period is not by celcom ... that cooling-off is by the telco you port-in ... except onexox ...

once upon a time i port out from maxis, maxis said they cooling period is 3 month if not mistaken.

mine was XPAX Lite ... they forced upgraded us (there were more of us here with old xpax) to xpax kelentong last january 2017 ...

One more month the my contract with Celcom will expire... Yeah will port to umobile p48. Save me monthly 32. One year equal to 384 yearly. Can consider umobile help me subsidy the phone i want .

Is it me or Celcom's network has been excruciatingly slow? Not even kidding, I've been experiencing drastic speed dips since two weeks ago. On First Gold Plus package and I'm usually in PJ. These days Instagram does not load in an instant anymore, the pictures are always blur and videos take forever. When I'm on Spotify, the streaming is constantly interrupted. Is there any network maintenance that I'm unaware of?

It's Celcom... Similar case in Section 20, Shah Alam. Full bar LTE but zero internet.

Yesterday, I went to Celcom, terminate my data plan. Just normal line (I'm still on very old plan where data plan is an added feature ). Pay for nothing lately.

Now I'm on other telco's data plan for my phone (dual SIM).

Exact same problem with my Social Media feeds, Instagram stories will not load. Staying in PJ as well. Was in Penang for a 2 days and the line there was okay though.

Patiently waiting over here
