Celcom xpax now double bandwidth promotion on add on.. Same price double the data

Hello guys... Noob quest here, hope u guys can help.. i just mnp my number to new xpax plan. Is it true according to their t&c if wanna port out must be exceed 30 days (contract) ?

Anyone here having difficulty receiving call since yesterday?

yeah me too.. my handphone is on..i use homeline call in also canot .. sms also cant send/received

after i off 4g then only ok

Yup. Seems have some issues

Not works for me. I use 2G only, 3G only, 4G only also can't receive call. Only can read SMS and call back to that peson. Lucky I got unlimited call.

I also facing the issue since 4pm 17th Jan onwards for my line.

However, here's the interesting part. On 4G line, I couldn't receive calls at all. But if I were on call with 1111 Celcom Hotline, I can receive incoming calls on waiting.

My workaround was to swap to 3G network, then lines are back to normal usage. According to Celcom careline, it's the entire Celcom network. Funny part is, the other 6 sub lines all working perfectly fine. Only my line.

How are you suppose to receive call when celcom doesn't have VoLTE? The problem arrise from slow handling from 4G to 3G.

Celcom already release VoLTE ? I am not sure on that. But previously on 4G+ or 4G, I can receive phone calls just fine. Even now, I am still using 3G to receive phone calls, if I switch to 4G/4G+, immediate no calls receive. Straight to voicemail. And all the SMS pending will receive on 4G lines only.

WEIRD !!

Without VoLTE, no calls can be received or made on LTE. When making/receiving calls, your line will drop to 3G. If you can't receive calls on LTE, that means handling from LTE to 3G was not quick enough to allow the call to get through. Celcom's fault by the way.

Ahh thanks for the info. And I called Celcom, they confirm now having issue. If you call 1111 now and being inform that areas in Semenanjung Area confirm having issue receiving calls.
