no longer in contract as I am already with them about 2yrs+, this morning I am had a long chat with their CS, and they try to put that issue on banking system. I am telling them if that was a bank problem, my TM bill also might be in dispute as I am also made several payments in the same login, but TM acknowledged my payment been received at the same date. I got a feeling that redONE payment system is currently not reliable, my rm47 gone missing untraceable even maybank has confirmed that payment been made to Red One Network Sdn Bhd.

Is it possible to cut off the data for Data8 user once it reach its quota?

Actually is meant for my parent. Now they are under SurfMore 30, subline under my name.

But bloody maxis forcing to upgrade to Surf Value Plan 2, RM38 with 3GB data. Which my parent don't need it cause mostly at home & office got wifi...

Right now I'm seeking for alternative telco which provide good plan & good signal...

Digi line proven so so only at my parent place, Umobile no experience but a lot of ppl telling me not to go for it. Celcom plan not attractive. So Redone seems to be ok as the entry plan is low. Just that I worry my parent data if accidentally use more than 1gb, then it will be charge base on PPU, which is headache for me as my father is not good in mobile stuff...

A bit difficult for me, as the plan will be use by my dad & mum...

Can't be with them 24hrs to monitor their usage...

Is there any app that will auto switch off / cutoff the data connection once the preset quota reach?

On e-pay's website, redone prepaid is an option. Is this true that I can get redone prepaid topup from any e-pay merchandise?

I use amazing8 package currently. I didnt turn on mobile data for very long time. However, when I perform usage check, seems like it takes more than 700mb+
The phone recorded only 100mb+ which I only used much on speed test. Have you guys encounter this issue ?

I saw this:
- Basic Internet is your standard 64kbps.
- Unlimited data usage, but when monthly high-speed quota is used up the connection will be throttled to a maximum of 64kbps, depending on the user’s location and prevailing network conditions.

So, Basic Internet is actually 5GB or Unlimited?

I guess so but umobile coverage sucks (based on feedback of my neighbors) where I live so price alone cannot a factor.
