I don't know, I am no expert with RedOne - new user.

BTW, I have a company phone (Maxis) with an unlimited local calls/sms plan. This is the phone I used to call the RedOne CS.

I think the isu isn't no to call, but if u kenot answer 1909 why publish it as helpline...
Anyway tmrw will try 1800

I agree with you. Poor service turns customers away.

After the disaster upgrading of careline/hotline since 1st February, the lines are up today. However, lack of personal covering the careline supports team leads to catastrophic failure of RedONE...

I was put on hold for 3:36 minutes with disconnection result in the end.

Their tagline now is "RedONE, we'll ensure your face turning RED in ONE minute"...LOL...

All the local number call to 1800 is free one, except for 1300 number..

my colleague used RedOne end up terminated his line due to call drops and internet is super slow.

package also not so attractive, guess redone will soon become GoneOne anytime soon if they don't improve.

Prepaid system CANNOT:
1) port out to other telco.
2) create web self-care account.
3) use RedONE 1Pass App..

So, you can use prepaid to test their network coverage and reliability.

yes for test only, once 1mth validity finish n result is good will mnp to their rm8 1gb postpaid
prob now afraid of kenot call helpline at all

p/s : actually their prepaid also good coz rm10 can get 500mb data (unlimited speed, not basic)
so just pay every mth & the amount in prepaid balance will increase
as a return, can buy add-on data with the amount inside the prepaid, no need to top-up additional money

so it's like ur saving money in prepaid (wish it can be w/draw via atm... lolzzz)

very suitable for ur kids, currently my son is using tunetalk rm2 - 100mb / weekly
at the end rm8 - 400mb / mth so r1 better...

The current prepaid number cannot MNP to postpaid or to other telco. It's stuck at prepaid line until further notice.

However, there are plenty of VVIP numbers in their postpaid inventory. I managed to grab number like 011-aabb1234...lucky me...

Why Redone doesn't sell their topup thru 7E or e-pay? Hard to find redone dealers physically here..

I think should be can port in to postpaid, but might need to put deposit amount.
If still cannot port in to postpaid, try to post in prepaid first. After that, from prepaid to postpaid within same telco.

That why I say kasih BATA (Buy and Throw away) this Redone..
Only old people use redONE for normal call and sms by postpaid.
