Hi guys, would like to check, the RM8 postpaid plan, is it 1GB quota of high speed 4G LTE or 2G "basic" speed internet?

Would like to check with u guys, is it normal the cell display as MY CELCOM? Shouldn't it be Redone??

Guys. This redone signal is it good at shopping mall ? I'd theory Celcom can get 4g is that means redone will by default get 4g as well? Is yes then is a good plan.

One more things. Recently Celcom like is so bad and congested , this apply to redone as well?

I gave up trying to port to redone. Two of the outlets near my place listed in redone website are no-shows. One has ceased dealing with redone, the other cannot be found.

helo guys newbies here,im thinking of switching to redone amazing48+10(freecall) but the problem is my phone dont have lte.so i only got the 10gb basic internet which is 64kbps am i right?

So thats means 10gb lte is replaced by 10gb 3g?

so stingy give 10G of 64kbps internet

after u finished the first 10G,
subsequent 10G is on 64kbps

I just switched to redone, from celcom. The first hour after activation, I was shocked and dismay. I used to get full bar inside my office and my home with celcom. Now, I can only get between 1 or 2 bars. I had a voice quality degradation when indoors..

As for outdoor signal. No issues, but sometimes, in open area at my Taman, I only get 3 bars, not full bars. WTF...

After 6 months contract ended, I think I'm going to do a research and decide again whether to stay with redone or go shopping for other telco packages...

Just now i asking the agent redone that they told me need to convert my sub line to the main line(need to signing new contract before i can port out the number）.

If you ever want to consider redone, I think you better reconsider it again!!! I bought an iPhone from senQ and got deceived by Redone. They force me to signup their plan in order to get the phone. I didn't want to and never use their service. Now, they called me everyday to repaid the balance. Even said i gave alasan for not paying. It really cumbersome to see you doing business in this way. Heard some comment from others that using redone, it is so so only. So, guys, please do really reconsider your option.

As i know, redone block all the 3rd party content provider sms to protect its customer

I feel so on yesteryear's offering when redone is still put basic speed as quota just to make the whole looked bigger than others. Do they know how painfully 64kbps speed is?
