But since you already deposited RM50, when you terminate, no need to pay anything.

Crazy 8 gives 1GB/month.
Some people use this as data and free on-net call sim card.

Is the crazy8 deal true? Sounds like an unbelievable good package. If I MNP from another telco (I am usIng prepaid) will I lose my remaining credit?

What's the rm50 deposit for...when will they refund it?

Yes mnp will lose all your credit. Deposit is for those bad paymaster that don't like to pay bill to prevent redone from losing big amounts or rm. Will refund back if terminate your account.

Correct as what @eddievh said.
The officer said if you mnp to other telco, the deposit will be refunded after 1 month.
However, if you terminate the account instead of mnp, it'll take 2 months.

Can I pay 120 a year so I don't need to keep reloading 10 each month ?
for her own reasons, my mum don't want post paid although it works out cheaper.

I don't think so. Even if you topup RM50, you would have only 30days of validity. Better go for Digi SLL option on Digi Best Prepaid. RM68 for a year. SLL RM68 gives you 500mb of basic data every month. Not including the prepaid's own basic data, which is also 500mb every month.

Redone product definition are so difficult to understand.
Either the RM8 is airtime or pay per use for some package....
I want to know the most clearest different/comparison between RED PLANS, DATA PLANS, Data8+, Crazy8 program, and redONE PREPAID.
