The officer told me something else. She said one sms alert when reaching 70%. Then no sms when maxed out.
Which one is true?

Yes. Crazy 8 is a better plan, at the moment.
Crazy 8 offer might or might not be extended at the end of 2016.
I wonder who is the target customer. Maybe they just create Prepaid plan because they lack of it?
