tried to port in but not valid...even the FB customer service is hopeless and is not everywhere you can service when it fked up

Redone port out is worst case.I try to port out,they said they input wrong number ic not match with my photostat ic.Need me to fill form pay RM50 for their mistake.No more redone for me

It's only if you are under contract. If you have finished ur contract, u just paid for your outstanding then port out. Filling up the form is just a waste of time.

Then their plan is not really good for u. If I'm not wrong, they offer free 500mb every month. Others competitors offer way a lot free data than them.

Only 500mb? Who want, so little.
Go for others better.

umobile, celcom, maxis, digi way more good. digi prepaid rm28 7gb.. but separated to certain apps of course.
