not sure how is the apartments doing these days....

at least LRT is nearby for the apartments.

even before damen opened, Summit next door also gelap gelap like zaplap mall de.....perhaps there are other biz there keep it going.....like night club and etc.....

Xmas day starts new prices...or normal prices.

That stretch of bj has no real shopling mall competition.
Tis damen is sandwiched btw subang parade/empire and sunway....beside ada mainplace and another about to failed OneCity mall.....

Maybe pav bj still can do better.....the closest competition is tje flooding carpark mall of ioi.

I almost feel sorry for damen and summit........

the location is just bad......

summit has gone thru refurbishment....more than change of façade colors.....

they also adding plenty of glass and steels to open up the place.

sunway pyramid on the other hand......fullx3 and chokex3......

paradigm mall also easy to get party......but at least got few cats....

1st you must determine what is the purpose of mall is all about to general Malaysian public?????
why people go to mall in the 1st place?
do people often go back to the same mall all the time?

then we need to compare ourselves to the developed nations. Do they have malls too? do the productive people there visit malls?
