Pavi mall inlikely 2 close shop la, i oso go there 4 f&b only nam heong cbtl starbucks ong lai n morganfields. Easy 2 find parking spacious mall nt crowded. If they have a link route 2 summit d biz will b better

Mutual benefits 4 both ma , both also complement instead of competiting against each other - for example 4 movies i go to summit, after tht i go yum cha nxt door in dm. If dm parking full can park nxt door n walk back 2 dm
