hey guys, is it the Mate 8 can't use any ringtone maker or MP3 cutter? It seems that i can't successfully cut any ringtone for my phone so far.

I mean all my notification for facebook, whatsapp messages all i need to connect to wifi only they come in. when i use data, all seems to render inactive here. is there any setting i have done wrong?
