Any other own-stayers in Gentlebre and Cradleton?

I got a unit at Cradleton, the idea is for own stay la but don't think will be so soon.
A bit inconvenient to commute for my current job

Went over today to pay my TNB and water deposit for Cradleton, they finally assigned the house addresses already - so lucky to get #8


Could see from the roadside that the houses look complete from external view, but the SA confirms will VP in late 2016...I guess the CCC process will take a while since its the first for the entire EM project

I didn't ask about the strata title during yest visit, but if I rmbr correctly my previous conversation with the SA, they said their aim is to deliver strata title within ~1 year from VP. That's why its extra important that no one does external reno to their units, makes the strata paperwork much easier

Afaik, all external renovations (even paint colour) are disallowed under the strata scheme. Full list of whats allowed and whats not should be controlled by the residents assoc. We will only have freedom to do internal reno.
