Heavy downpour like that I think it's no surprise some parts of the construction site might flood

This EWRO Fest @ Eco Majestic is a much smaller scale event vis-a-vis the Flower Show and just a few new photo shooting spots added.  Having said that, it could be a good idea to have a leisure walk with family and have funs with some activities arranged by EM/EW.

The purchasers are given some goodies + duckling in a basket with the fabric mat for "picnic" in the Swan Lake. 

The students / kids from SJK © Sim Ming school, SJK © Kg Baru Semenyih and Lotus Charity Orphan House were also invited to join the funs and lunch in the private lounge in the sales gallery.  Good effort.

Do hope that they can handover the strata title along during VP. 

Just so owners can do structural reno sooner without risk of not getting the title.

I wonder who wants to jog behind the backlane when there is a proper jogging lane around the area?

It's not matter of jogging or not. It's a lifestyle we want a nice backlane as walking path to access around as what they promised.
