Maxis/Hotlink email address needed!

Anyone has the Maxis/Hotlink customer service email address or way to complain them?
I believe other telco having their customer service email address, not sure why Maxis/Hotlink doesn't provide email address. Very terrible. |

First, I call 120, he said call this number 130082++++, I call 130082+++, other said call this number 0374922123, after I call this number, he said not he in charge, what the hell?. This is 'Hotlink' service, best in Malaysia.
