portforward.com is the other way. can check which port to forward. also set it to both TCP n UDP transmission

Difference between DMZ and Port forwarding....

Port Forwarding:
Imagine before you do port forwarding, incoming XBL connection reach your router/modem from internet but don't know what to do with it so it ignores it not knowing that your xbox is waiting for that connection. After your do port forwarding, whenever your modem/router receives XBL type of connection it will always pass it over to your xbox to receive.

DMZ:
DMZ means forward every connection from the internet to your xbox. Be it XBL connection and other type of connections as well.

Its not so safe to use DMZ compared to port forwarding the specific ports because all the unknown connections will be forwarded to your xbox as well.

Hope you can understand what I'm saying. bottom line. port forward > DMZ
