bought acer predator 17 from amazon, stuck at csutom

Best is to go to SIRIM and ask what is the procedure? I have not encountered this problem before because i dont buy laptops from Amazon. Next time research first before purchase. Why didnt you buy it locally? Im sure they have predator laptops here..
