Im planing to upgrade my Dell Inspiron 15 7559 i5-6300HQ CPU 4GB RAM with a SSD but im not very sure which ssd should i go for .. can anyone recommmend some ?

You need ssd with m.2 interface. I add mine with 240gb SanDisk x300 m.2 ssd for rm 428. Bought from lazada.

Get Samsung m.2 evo 850 256. Rm500 5yr warranty..

Didn't have some specific application, just Im not statisfied with this laptop boot up ,open apps and game loading speed.It will hang while loading most of the time. So isit I shloud go for 128gb instead of 256gb?

not worth get 120 coz u eventually need to upgrade to 256.. tahan a bit longer for 256
