Hi guys ..i just want to ask few question again haha ..i can't find the Help section .. so i create new topic again .

(1) my original rank is gold nova 2 . . but after i no play almost 2 month because of my hand injury .. after i play back my rank is going down to silver elite master .. why? however now i rank up back to gold nova 1

(2) As my gold nova 1 why i always meet with without rank ..is this normal? or i can't see other people rank?

(3) we can hear defuse sound when enemy team defusing ..right?

1) I believe there was an update to the ranking system, so your rank may have changed.

2) You can only see the ranks of people you're friends with or until the game has ended.

3) Yes, but there are some ways around that. Such as when you defuse the exact time when a smoke grenade is used.
