I'm getting a Compaq Presario V3759TU Core2 Duo 1.83GHz

I need to answers for these questions, please help me out i'm quite a noob

1) Where can i get the drivers ?
2) It comes FREE DOS, so how can i install XP ?
3) Is the any solution for the sound card driver ? (using headphone but speaker won't be mute)
