Edit: Payed RM 3280 for lappy with 1.5 G RAM, HP mouse, lock and the HP case. Paied in credit card.

It's normal. It's called Dynamic Switching. Whenever the processor do not need to process intensive applications, it will step down the speed. installed XP and Fedora.
