just wonder is anyone got the cd/dvd drive problem. it's hard to read the disc, sometimes the disc looks corrupt can't copy or can't install the game or program but when i tried on my pc, the disc seems ok no problem at all.

how much if i wanna upgrade the ram in HP service center coz dun want lost my warranty

i think dun need warranty card or receipt, my fren go to HP service center nvr bring any receipt or warranty card wor.... HP will check through serial num i guess.

wanna ask v3614 user, is it no sound when click the quick launch button like button mute, volume +- ? coz other v3000 series that i had used b4 got sound when click it. is it my lappie prob or v3600 series is no sound when click the quick launch button?
