hi all, my 3203au nb sometimes will appears bluescreen, especially when i am playing game or listening to music, i dunno why.....can u all help me?

argh, i dare not to unplug my RAM, i scare i will spoil the RAM,

oh ya my v3203au always meet a minor problem:
when i am active my bluetooth my wmp will stop playing song.... it tat any solution for it ? |
