but i currently thinking to buy a labtop..
i have two labtop in my mind now..
one is benq s73 and this compaq..
which one would u recommand me?..
i wondering why many user here chose 3133 which is freedos..
but not 3166?..
it's there any reason?...
and upgrading to 2gb ram.. cost how much?..

i go surf around the Linux OS..
and read many guide of it..
but i got two simple question..

1.how you play games in Linux OS?? i saw other thread.. it show that need a software to open it??

2.Linux OS take few ram... right? so if i have a celeron with less than 256ram.. run in window XP home very slow and always hang.. if i change it to Linux OS, will it improve the speed?? and without hanging??

AMD64 Turion x2 TL-50 and TL-52 are same 1.66ghz.. only different is the cache.. but what is the different between this two?? izzit really worth to upgrade to TL-52 with rm600-700??

i got v3166 last month..
and i can express upgrade to window vista home premium free..
only pay the shipping fee which cost rm80 something "
and i heard that vista are not stable yet..
the only i see in vista is the beuty of interface..
function like all the same..
heard that driver still alot of bugs "
haizzz..
hard to make a decision wheter upgrade or not..

man.. that will eat up my space!
lolz.. i wonder will it cause my labtop slow or what.. i think i will wait awhile 1st..
actually i don really like the Window Vista interface..
i only love one thing about window vista = It's NEW..

let me give out my review about this notebook..
i bought this notebook from last month..
the reason i bought it:
1st the design attract me.
the design of this notebook are really "Beutiful", yes i describe it as "BEUTIFUL".. haha..
Secondly, the price of this notebook are reasonable and cheap. and can last me for 3 years.

i been using this notebook for 2-3 weeks i think. i have not encounter any problem and error. I'm so satisfied about this notebook. the heat is no hot but warm, normally the hdd temperature always stay at between 50'c when i do a little surfing,music listening,msn. So i think the heat aren't a problem, the heat are normal and not hot. but the negative part about the heat is some ppl will like to buy a cooling pad for it, but the heat coming out is located at bottom left part. Lot's of cooling pad, the fans are built at middle and top which useless for overcome the heat of this notebook. So v3000 users are having hard time to find a cooling pad.

I am not a profession of IT so i cant really tell how the processor speed or the graphic card. so i will give out a very simple review from a very simple ordinary consumer. Hehe. I do my homework, surfing, listening music, chatting at the sametime, i didn't encounter any slowing. I am so happy bout it, it's very fast and smooth. I try play games, mostly i play chinese rpg games but i do play NFS for testing. I play NFS with low setting and it run very smooth and nice. it's very good for me already as i am not a serious PC Gamer.

Anyway, i will upload pictures soon.

Pros:
+Design BEAUTIFUL
+Reasonable Price(Can said it's cheap too)
+Light Weight
+Clear and Sharp Screen

Cons:
-System recovery are saved in HDD

nah, the speaker are quite ok already compare to other notebook..
unless you're a audiophile person.. there's no notebook out there can suit your listening.. hehe.. all notebook speaker are terrible.. so it's recommended to buy an external speaker or an audiophile earphone.

v3222 don have bt,dvd burner,card-reader, and HDD are 80gb.. and what else?.. beside these, everything are same as v3203??

i'm facing with the Hot temper coming out from harddisk 50 - 55'c.
it's normal ka?
cause last time i buy, already this hot.. i wonder it is a normal temp?
or abnormal?
can list out the temp u ppl get?
Hard Drive 50 - 55'c with normal usage
it reach to 50 - 55'c in just 10 minutes..
sometime the temp go higher than 55'c..
what happen ah?
is it normal??

it suck air out, right?
when it turn around and the air flow will face you, and u can feel the air flow coming thru you, doesn't it feel uncomfortable?
