There's no way GO 6150 can play PES/NBA 2007.
I barely can run Warcraft 3 smoothly also.

p/s : I shared out 256mb for the 6150.

Actually its posible to do that...but you must have at least 2gb ram...

QUOTE(Godbomber @ Jul 4 2007, 07:01 PM)
Hi, I just purchase Compaq Presario V3509 from Lowyat which comes with preloaded Windows Vista (Here is the spec: Compaq Presario V3509) I have decided to install Windows XP. Hear that SATA driver Disable feature not longer exist in the BIOS and I have confirmed this by checking.

Questions:
1. During intallation of Windows (Hit F6 for Raid), can I install the driver of SATA HDD into normal USB pendrive? Not really want to spend extra $ on getting a External 3.5 Floppy drive.
2. It makes no sense to me why we can use an external 3.5 floppy drive but not the normal USB pendrive.
3. Anyone here has the drivers for motherboard and SATA hdd for Compaq Presario V3509? HP site does not provide these drivers but other driver.

Please share with me your experience in installing Windows XP on Compaq Presario V3509. Thanks

the driver is in the hp website....its at the drivers page...

no,there is no other way other than using a FDD...i also tried to slipstream the driver into the xp installation...which also don't work at all....so its either using a FDD or Vista...

just bought my V3244AU today.

i think i have a problem with my display.

what is the max resolution for 14.1" widescreen?

my lappy comes with freedos, so i ask my fren (networld staff) to install vista.

i dunno whether he already install the geforce go 6150 driver or not.

my current reso is 1024x768 which is kinda weird for me.

any sifu here can help me.

btw, dun forget to add my name on the AMD Turion 64 X2 user.

thanx in advance.

go download the driver from the hp website...use the same way like i described above

i heard from ppl that compaq is not a very good laptop.. can anyone back that up? i oso don't see any compaq brand as the top laptop in notebookreview.com. i feel kinda dissappointed since i had my eye on the new 3500 series..
*
compaq is a economical laptop.....obviously if you look at the top notebook reviews you wont see the compaq there as they only list the super high end brands like asus and so....
and also define what do you mean by not very good?
