larsson is just a 3 month loanee
we need a striker with aerial presence so we can diversify the use of our wingers

the sun malaysia today reported that Barca bidded for Ronaldo 40M Euro laugh.gif
40M euro, i won't sell him using euro pricing doh.gif , according to that report MU have slapped a 70M euro which is not very much IMHO
if im in charge i would put 100M pound brows.gif come lar if you really want to buy

It's not always just about the money. Nowadays players have the power to determine where they want to go. Reyes for example has always cited he wants to play for Real and jumped at the chance when it arrived. Unless I'm mistaken, I remember reading somewhere that Ronaldo would one day like to play in Spain (it's a much better place to live as well, compared with almost every city in England).

nothing against montella, but my view is italian strikers can't make it big in EPL. looking at the recent players coming fr italy, sheva, corradi, crespo (espc in 1st season. last season was onli commendable for me). but then again, i hope he proves me wrong as i like fulham's brand of play n respect coleman.  biggrin.gif

Liverpool might do with an unknown striker, like Arsenal did last season when they bought Adebayor. with crouch, Bellamy and Kuyt working well together, they might not need Villa this early, but just someone to cover for them. Arsenal or Wenger has stated they do not want any new players, and this might be because too many good youngsters are wanting to play. Diaby and Lauren are also back to the squad.

we got fowler for cover, no worry. we can still recall sinama or cisse laugh.gif tongue.gif

liverpool dont need villa and beck (no pls), but the thought of having mascherano wasnt really bad. we got so many south american that can help him settle down.

No one is stopping you wat smile.gif

Seems Masherano and Tevez will not be allowed to leave West Ham this season as FIFA rules dictate that no player can move to more than 3 clubs in a season.

If i'm not mistaken, they can move but they wouldn't be able to play for the club during that same season.

Sorry if i'm wrong though. smile.gif

the current squad for Man Utd is good enuff but not big enuff if some injury happen to some players. the bench they hav this season dont hav a player that can change a game. except ole, but his speed is not as fast as last time. the age is catching up with him d.

Boa Morte confirms move

QUOTE
Luis Boa Morte has confirmed he has agreed to move to West Ham.

The Portuguese international is set to tie up the move to Upton Park on Friday after Fulham accepted a 5million offer for the winger.

The former Arsenal man believes the time is right to seek a new challenge after six years at Craven Cottage.

"It was just the moment for a change to another big club and continue my story in England.

"The decision was not easy for me.

"They offered me an excellent contract. West Ham offered me more money than Fulham."

Boa Morte is ready for the challenge of trying to help West Ham avoid relegation.

"I have always given my best for Fulham and now I begin a new era in my life," added Boa Morte. "A complicated challenge in my career.

"West Ham are in the relegation zone, but I believe that it is possible to recover so that we can stay in the Premier League."

Pompey linked with Taiwo swoop

QUOTE
It is claimed that Portsmouth are in talks to land Nigerian star Taye Taiwo.

The Marseille full-back is one of the most highly rated left sided talents in Le Championnat and it seems he is on Harry Redknapp's radar.

Redknapp has already admitted that a left sider was one of his top priorities during the January transfer window and Taiwo could be his main target.

The player's brother has claimed that Taiwo held talks with Pompey last week.

"My brother went to London to discuss his possible move to Portsmouth," Waheed Taiwo told Nigerian Sports.

Taiwo was a target for Spanish giants Valencia last summer, so should Marseille agree to let him leave - Portsmouth are not likely to be the only interested party.

Cottagers accept John offer

QUOTE
Fulham have accepted a bid from an unnamed Premiership club for Dutch striker Collins John.

The Cottagers moved to sign Vincenzo Montella on loan from Roma on Thursday and the arrival of the Italian has seemingly paved the way for John to end his time at Craven Cottage.

John has scored just once so far this season for Chris Coleman's side, with the Cottagers boss preferring Heidar Helguson and Brian McBride in attack for the majority of the season.

Coleman denied that Fulham had received any approaches for John at the start of the week, but the London side have now accepted a bid from an unnamed party as they look to offload the 21-year-old.

Watford have been strongly linked with the former Twente Entschede starlet in the past, and Adrian Boothroyd is known to be searching for striking reinforcements after the serious injury to Marlon King.

Charlton are also believed to be a potential suitor for John as new boss Alan Pardew looks to construct a team capable of avoiding the drop.

The bench is not the best looking, but not bad lah.
Park was out injured for 3 months, Smith is still coming back from injury. Ole and Park can change games, and now we have Larsson too. Hopefully can get Hargreaves, if can't, can wait next season. Hope Ribery would be available that time too.

In their wet dreams.
Wait another 2-3 seasons, it could well happen. But we'll keep him for the time being.
