Anybody else have this problem?

Basically after awhile, you'll start to see this oily substance surrounding the grills of the power brick where the air flows out.

It takes awhile (maybe a week) before it gathers enough to be visible but I'm kinda worried.

I've googled and found nothing about this issue. Maybe someone else has a say about this?

Mine's clean. Someone mentioned capacitor leak. That could be true. Get your brick changed.
