I strongly suggest you to re-tag/re-categorize your entries. Current tags like "feelings", "thoughts", "sad", "friends", "dates", "love" seem to be pretty vague.
Other than that, I think it's pretty important to capitalize the first letter in every new paragraph or sentence. For long posts, make use of the "Read the rest of this entry" function would greatly increase readability too.
