yes. go to the developer. if they don't response, go to their REDHA (developer association) and complain.

check the agent (i think its likely negotiator) whether is she licensed or not.
if licensed, complain to the Board of Valuers, Estate Agents, and Appraisal.
if not licensed, then developer is in trouble as they hire illegal marketing team. so talk to developer again.
