I tried the F310 at the Yamaha sale recently and retail price has already jumped to RM500++.
Will probably go for something else at that price.

(price is around 800)

(price is around 800) well cort is ok, yamaha is recommended cause they used to be plentiful and you can get a second hand one for cheap. solid stops are as what it is, value for money depends on the beholder. they tend to sound better but thats if you can tell if it does, not all solids do work wonders. the downside of solids is that they are more fragile than laminates

QUOTE(terence8 @ Apr 18 2016, 09:40 PM) totally agreed.!! but really difficult to choose man..its like so many brands and model.. hmm hence go with popular opinion... there's always a reason why something is chosen. tho now yamahaha f310 retails rm500 its no longer value as when it was popularly recommended it was only rm300. so ya now at rm500 range, as u already mentioned... Cort is a very good choice...

QUOTE(terence8 @ Apr 18 2016, 09:40 PM) totally agreed.!! but really difficult to choose man..its like so many brands and model.. hmm Go to CK, Swee Lee and Bentley, try their cheaper models. Then go to Guitar Store (they have better acoustic selection) and try theirs. Shouldnt be hard to pick once to try and compare them all. Dont be afraid to try. On paper they all look the same, so it'll be hard to decide, gets easier when you try them with your own hands. This post has been edited by quarantined: Apr 19 2016, 11:13 AM

Its definitely better to test them out sometimes with guitars its harder to make a decision just by looking at pictures. its all about the sound and how u like your guitar before making the decision. Thats how i see it anyway, I too find it hard to decide until i try them out at the stores
