just want to ask anyone know about the outsource bank agency??they are legal?
because i want to apply personal loan and i found some outsource bank agency that can help me to apply, they said there are processing fee 25% of my loan after the bank approve my loan(no approve no charges)
because i walk in to bank apply by myself, but the bank reject me(i reach the bank requirement and pass in completed documents)
and the outsource agency told me that because i dont have any credit card/car loan etc...so the bank wont approve the loan to me???
anyone know about this?mind to share?

last time got a /ktard mentions that some illegal companies helping borrower to get false document (eg false payslip, credit record) to get loan and they will charge you a big amount, which in your case 25%.

if the bank finds out, then you GG liao. if you don't believe, you tell the outsource agency that you have told bnm about this, they sure kecut bola and beat you.

Good case, they get an insider to fudge something and kaotim. Bad case, they straight submit falsified or other people's documents as yours to get the loan. Then, your own documents will be recycled for the same nefarious purposes in the future.

better not try this. get yourself a simple credit facility first to show that you're a good paymaster. easiest way is to get credit card first.

these agencies are well known for creating forged documents for bank loan application. they lose nothing but applicant(you) will be blacklisted by bank. the bank will not approve any of your application even u have genuinely good record in future.

and dont u worry when giving your out sensitive info to a third party? god knows what the heck r they gonna do with it which may gives u a lot of trouble n follow ups

some even promises better rates and easier approval if u go thru them which is completely BS. in short these are irresponsible and rogue person who trying to make money out of ppl ignorance which is close to scamming i'd say.

if u have complete documents + good records, just apply directly with bank.. if you dont, what makes u think they can do the "magic" for u. im not sure if these "agencies" are even legal but they usually operate furtively.
