i have no idea why G5 takes weeks to refund. Everytime I write they say they will get in touch in a few days time but no news.

It is not my fault that my order was cancelled. G5 cancelled it on their own cause they have no idea how to keep track of stock.

anybody knows I to return a product with G5? what do I do to return and where do I return?

I am still waiting for my money. 2 weeks now. Gemfive still not bothered to return my money fast.

anybody have gemfive facebook page where I can ask a question. 1 month have passed and no refund from gemfive despite being gemfive not being able to fulfill my order.
